Living Without Limits, featuring Helmsley grantee Life for a Child, has won best NCD short film at the 2020 World Health Organization Health for All Film Festival.

Test strips, glucometers, and lancets are low-tech tools with lifesaving impact for children with type 1 diabetes. Life for a Child is committed to delivering these tools to children and their families in under-resourced communities.

Helmsley contracted with the film’s producer, BBC StoryWorks, to shine a light on the lifesaving work that is supporting children in Mexico living with type 1 diabetes.
