This week’s Philanthropy News Digest highlighted a grant from Helmsley’s Israel Program that will establish a new research center to advance care for young patients recovering from accidents or managing diseases and development issues.

The grant for ALYN Hospital, Israel’s only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation facility, will help expand research and clinical trials, recruit additional professionals in the field, and advance pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation around the world.
