It also includes a paper focusing on Helmsley grantee Avera Health’s eCare telehealth services.

This issue of the publication was discussed in detail at a Health Affairs briefing at the National Press Club the day after its launch. Rural Healthcare Program Director Mitchell Krebs delivered opening remarks about Helmsley’s cross-program commitment to telehealth at the event.
