Brendan L. Heldenfels is the Administrative Assistant for the Investments department at the Helmsley Charitable Trust. He provides scheduling, travel, and expense reporting for the Investments team.
Prior to joining Helmsley, Brendan worked as an administrative secretary for New York University School of Law. At NYU, he supported numerous professors, focusing on antitrust and copyright law in sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Additionally, he worked as an office intern for the Criterion Collection and a freelance researcher for professors studying American literature and U.S. history.
Brendan holds a B.A. in literary studies from Eugene Lang College at the New School, and an M.A. in humanities and social thought from New York University. Originally from the Ohio suburbs, he lives in Manhattan with his dog and far too many books. He loves movies from every continent that makes them, from every century they are available.
