Cheryl McGibbon is the Administrative Assistant supporting the Sub-Saharan Africa program at the Helmsley Charitable Trust.

Cheryl has served in various industries as an executive assistant, coordinator, and employee resource group manager, supporting C-Suites and initiatives for the Africa/Middle East region. She also serves as a leader in faith-based communities. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and comparative religion from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, and she holds several professional certifications.

Cheryl’s creative interests include learning, exploring cultures, travel, and relationship building. She is a daughter of the Caribbean, godmother to nine amazing kids, and regularly travels on faith-based missions to the Caribbean and Africa.
