Human Resources Manager
Connie (CJ) Cacace is a Manager on Helmsley’s Human Resources team. In this role, she leads recruitment for Helmsley and works with her team to meet staff and organizational needs. CJ previously worked with Helmsley’s Office Operations team.
Before joining Helmsley, CJ was a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps working at the St. Francis Center, a resource and community hub for low-income individuals and those experiencing homelessness. She coordinated the volunteer program and led all recruitment, scheduling, training, and database management, and developed an internship program for students interested in social services.
CJ holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
