Iona Cash is the Executive Assistant for the Legal department at Helmsley. In this role, Iona provides executive, administrative, and paralegal support to the Legal department, assisting with contracts and other agreements, compliance efforts, and scheduling.

Prior to joining Helmsley, Iona was a legal associate at BlackRock, Inc. where she provided support on various legal, strategic transaction, public disclosure, and governance matters. Her work involved oversight of the firm’s U.S. corporate subsidiary structure and compliance with NYSE and SEC reporting and regulations. Before BlackRock, Iona was a human resource specialist at the American Express Company responsible for background verification compliance operations.

Iona earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University. She enjoys exploring cafes, watching movies, and traveling.
