Kortney Hensley is an Administrative Assistant for Helmsley’s Crohn’s Disease Program. As Administrative Assistant, she provides scheduling, travel, and expense reporting support for the program.

Prior to joining Helmsley, Kortney worked with KLS Professional Advisors Group, a private wealth management firm, and the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, where she assisted the controller and finance teams. Previously, she was an operations associate at ARC3 Design, a senior laboratory technician at Johns Hopkins University, and a chemistry and biology teacher at Chapel Hill High School.

Kortney has a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Master of Arts in secondary science education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She grew up in North Carolina and enjoys hiking, yoga, and making jewelry.
