Maureen Rayhill is the Director of Human Resources at the Helmsley Charitable Trust.

Maureen’s prior experience includes management consulting where a significant portion of her work involved helping non-profit and educational institutions with growth, development and operational strategies. Previously, she taught Greek and Latin and served as dean at Manhattan's Trinity School. Maureen served on the advisory board of MOUSE, a nonprofit committed to empowering underserved youth through technology skills development, and was a director of TeachersCount.

Maureen received a B.A. in Classics from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
