Mayra Diaz Bernal is a Payroll Associate at the Helmsley Charitable Trust.

Most recently, Mayra worked as a staff accountant/payroll manager for a small nonprofit organization, providing social services to New York City residents. Prior to that, she worked at Plymouth Rock Energy (ENGIE), as an accounting clerk, assisting the finance team as well as the billing and collections department

With an associate degree in accounting, Mayra is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CUNY Baruch College along with earning her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) accreditation.

Mayra enjoys spending time with her son and husband, and she likes to draw or play sports during her free time. Any chance she gets, she likes to travel.
