Rachel Mancini is the Human Resources Associate at the Helmsley Charitable Trust. In this role, Rachel collaborates closely with the HR team. Her responsibilities include supporting recruiting efforts, managing onboarding, ensuring compliant time management practices amongst staff, and other ad hoc duties and projects.

Prior to joining Helmsley, Rachel spent two years working as an operations assistant at RJ Health, a pharmacy data company in Connecticut. During her tenure, she onboarded new employees, assisted with recruiting efforts, managed expenses, and digitized employee records. She also planned quarterly company-wide charity events, including volunteering at a soup kitchen, Habitat for Humanity, the Special Olympics, a dog rescue organization, and more.

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she obtained a B.A. in Communications and Psychological Sciences. She lives in Brooklyn and enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her two rescue cats.
